Site Problem

Hi everybody, there is a a particular site i access freely in Australia but when i went to Nigeria i couldn't access it again and it has really a hell of problem for me because it really affecting my business...

Is there some sort of country setting? Like what zone it can be accessed in? Other than that i'm not sure.

It could be some kind of national firewall blocking it?
