Graphics card and cpu ?

I'm buying a laptop that has a Intel core 2 duo 2.80ghz processor, 4gigs of DDR3, and a Ari mobility radeon HD 4330.

Is this a decent gpu and CPU set up for a little gaming?

Or I found this other laptop but has an i3 2.13ghz with a nvidia geforce 310m gpu. Which one is better? Sorry I edited to add this.

According to notebookcheck.net, the HD4330 ranks 143rd out of all cards. To give you some perspective, it falls right above the nVidia GeForce 8400M GT.

The second laptop would definitely be a better choice for gaming as the GeForce 310M competes with the 8600M GT.
