windows 7 search

well im not sure if this is the right place to post this, but when i search something, all of the results dont come up. what should i do? its been an on going problem and its extremely irritating. i have a dell inspirion, the latest IE, and mcafee. if you need more information, feel free to ask.

Are you searching your computer or on the internet with IE? What's happening that makes you think "all of the results" aren't coming up?

If it's Windows Explorer or the start menu, you may have to rebuild the index. I can't tell off my head, but it's in the control panel.
