Youtube is dying again. It now takes me 5+ minutes to buffer 6 seconds of video while other sites load as fast as they always have.

I have a fast enough connection that it doesn't have to wait to buffer the whole thing (I can start play right away and it will not stop to buffer), but it is noticeably slower loading video. I'm sure it would have to buffer any video longer than 15 minutes or so with as slow as it is. But I hardly ever watch anything that lengthy.
