Well I figured that if every one is issuing bad rep left and right for (lack of a better word) stupid reasons then why shouldn't I. I know that I personally did nothing wrong.

I asked a question. I obviously did not understand. Someone else answered. I understood. THEN I get bad rep for not understanding the first reply. I don't think that's right but anyway
