It's a Dell in an m-ATX case. It will be awful for gaming, because the PSU is likely pathetic, on top of it's tiny case and limiting motherboard. Just build one, you will get much better value.

Depends. Also, that Quadro video card is not meant for gaming, therefore will perform relatively poorly in games. It's designed for CAD work.
