You need to upload the image to a host - I use tinypic (http://tinypic.com).

They will give you a URL for the image. To insert the image in a post, write:

where url is the URL that the host gave you.

I used the snipping tool which comes with Windows 7 to take a picture of what was happening on my screen. I then saved the image to my computer, and uploaded it to Tinypic. Then, I used the URL that Tinypic gave me, and enclosed it in

Basically,go to www.photobucket.com and create an account. Once everything is said and done,login and then upload a photo (Shown in video) and then once it' uploaded,hover your mouse over the image and then select the IMG Tags (Shown in video) and then right click and click copy. Then simply paste that IMG Tag into the post you want to insert that image into! This video will show you;
