Use any image hosting site like Imgur, Imageshack, Photobucket etc. They'll have multiple types of links for you to use and just use ones that are in tags. Post it here and you're set.

I don't know about Imageshack, but I know Photobucket and Imgur allow albums and images to be private since it's all under an account.
