BSOD pec keeps reeboting with following error

Driver_IRQL_Not_Less or equal_to

then the file AFZVCAP.sys. ( A google search showed no results)

I am trying to copy some vhs tapes to my hard drive and midway through the video I get the BSOD with the error.

Any whys?
