No, and the video card is handsdown the most important part of a gaming computer.

Don't worry about bottlenecks, you will be absolutely fine. And the processor will probably last longer, especially if this is a gaming rig.


Also, the difference is timing and voltage. I would go with the second since it has much tighter timings, although it has slightly higher voltage. So I would recommend the blue.
