CPU upgrade for old pos laptop

I hav this old generic laptop, branded as P14N. I was wondering if anyone can find me a list of supported CPUs. It currently has a P4 mobile 2200MHz. I was thinking something along the lines of a T2300. It's socket mPGA478b.

I don't think that socket supports anything dual core, but from what I know there is many options. Mainly celeron and pentium 4. I don't know about centrino

Yes there are dual cores for it. I am looking at the T2300 atm but I need to know if the mobo will support it.
