i would like this computer to be legit and would like to spend as little money as possible, but i play a lot of music and am constantly on websites. But i also lie to play wow and Starcraft. What do you suggest?

Something like this: SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 5770 1GB. The 5770 is a good performing card that's not overly expensive.
