PSX2. Unfortunately, due to subjects that are considered "taboo", I can't really go further. It's like using a TI-83 emu, you need to port the ROM from your *OWN machine.

Yup. It's basically the same type of deal as EPSXE. I can refer you to a fantastic site/forum for that sort of stuff if you are very interested. The emulator is still far from completion though, so some stuff is buggy.
 
I am still amazed that they have working ps2 emulators, but nothing for xbox, which uses standard x86 architecture. I have even seen people runnin windows on their xboxes. There cannot be that much security.

what is your budget? Naw, i got it for cheap a long time ago, it's outdated and you can get way more for your money nowadays.
