Ok, I'm planning to build a computer once I can get the money together, but first I wanted to ask if there were any problems with what I've picked out or if I picked some unnecessarily powerful things

I was planning on Crossfiring the graphics cards, but when I looked back at the motherboard specs it said that even though it had 3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 slots, they were in x16, x8, and x4 modes. Does this mean I can only have one graphics card?
