I thought ATI drivers were the best thing since sliced bread?

I never said that, I said that they were stable. Big difference.

And they were good all around until recently when they switched the interface. XP drivers still use the classic interface though. I really wish they would just put it back. It took me an hour to find overscan adjustment.

Has anyone done a computer build consultation across the waters?

I don't have skype just my mobile phone. Can it be done via email?

And nvidia drivers aren't stable?

nVIDIA drivers are back and forth imo. One release will be amazing, then the next could be horrible. It all depends.

And by horrible, I mean things like conflicts with other drivers, and performance loss. Most people do not experience/notice the issues, but some do.

Then there was the killer driver, but they did fix it promptly. Still, it should not have been released that way. What ever happened to testing?

What makes it different than supporting anyone else over the phone?

For anyone interested:

The GTX470 loop.

Thanks, I get really lucky shots. The good ones are never intentional, lol.

I did this poor lighting picture for reflection effects:

Wow. Idles at 30C. That's icy for Fermi.

I'm not actually sure what sort of voltage control this card uses. I have only finished reading the 32 pages of the "whitepapers" on Fermi. I haven't even gotten around to OC'ing yet.
