It's where you arrange to return the product to the manufacturer to have it repaired or replaced.

ahh. i get it. So i bought that Mother board.Now im all excited cause im actually starting to do this. Is it hard to actually put the whole thing together?

Not at all. It's actually super fun. You can watch videos on youtube about the basics of building one, and many people document their entire build process on the forums as well.
