Video card ?

Is this a desent video card, will it play Medal of Honor and is it a high def card for playing blue ray? If not what kind of card would i need?

Avoid XFX for those cards. Get an asus 5770, sapphire would be second choice.

But yeah it is fine for what you want, it's just that XFX cheaped out on theirs so they are terrible.

Whoah that is in a different league. The 5870 is a much better deal though. Again, asus or sapphire. But you will do way better buying a reference 5850 and flashing it to 5870.

The GTX 480 is a high end card, while the ones you originally liste are more midrange.

Get a reference 5850. Look for an amd logo above the pci express slot. Diamond and visiontek still make them.
