We have started beta testing our service, its a virtual helpdesk run by a group of volunteers. Our main goal is to provide a live helpdesk service. We offer help to wide range of computer and technical related problems.

Not bad, but at a quick glance I have a couple of suggestions:

- Remove the hit counter; they're so 90's and no professional site uses them anymore!
- Instead of redirecting the user to a page that displays their IP address, why just not work it out server side and spit it back onto that page? It's not hard and saves an extra click.
