It's not a lie. It's 100% true, they paid their loan back. With another loan. Not that it matters, most of the gov't bailout went into actually buying GM, not the loan. Gov't still owns 61% of GM.

At the least, it is a very extreme deception, though I would classify it as a lie.

The irony is that they are using the same borrowed money to spread this crap.

He isn't saying anything that is untrue. He never states where he gets the money from. So technically it's not a lie nor is it deception.
