Graphics cards working in conjuction?

I just bought a Zotac nVidia Geforce 8800 GT 512MB graphics card. Preinstalled in my computer is a Intel(R) 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset Family. (It's built in so I can't remove it.) Could I possibly get both of those cards to work together?

I believe the Intel one is 128mb. So if I could get them to work together does that mean I could have 640mb?

Any advice on this would be very helpful. I'm not an extreme noob with computers but I am by no means an expert so please don't start using big terms on me. Thank you.

You can use one or the other, but not both. On most boards with a built in video chip, it is automatically disabled upon installing the dedicated graphics card (8800GT).
