If I use Thunderbird to retrieve emails does it delete them from my Virgin Media email or can I still go into VM email to read them?

This is why I quickly stopped using MS Outlook.

I believe you can set it to leave a copy on the server.

Well it all depends on what delivery system you use. If you use IMAP, anything you do with you emails is reflected on your VM inbox. So if move a message to the trash in thunderbird, it will be in the trash in the VM web email thing. If you use POP, then what you do in thunderbird is not reflected in VM web access. I suggest using IMAP.

I'm guessing you can because you can do that in Outlook as well.
