is there any product out there.. that does this?

acts like a router
2 ports, one in, one out.. (small size)
makes a wireless signal from the internet line it's connected to
and does this without using any power other than from the ethernet cord..(maybe not this one, but, it'd be helpful)

That's what the ethernet cable is for, ethernet from the modem.

OP, I don't think an ethernet cable is capable of providing power to something like a router. In fact, I don't think ethernet is capable of providing power at all (someone please correct me if I'm wrong)
