PSU question

What is the best Power supply for a gaming computer, was wanting around a 1000 Watt PSU? Was looking at the ultra 1000 watt because i liked it because you only use the cords you need make a computer look better. Is that a good PSU?

To be honest i haven't built it yet but i know the 1000 watt will be plenty, just wondering if the ultra brand was any good.

TBH i would pick a psu out last so you know no point in buying 1000w if your only gonna need a 600w

well i just want to go ahead and buy the bigger one so if i need more power ill have it, probllly just wastin my money but i like more power!!!!

It's a waste because you won't need that much. Whatever you do, buy a modular one so you can disconnect all the power connections you don't need. PSU's come with so many connections these days that it makes it so cluttered inside the case.
