Many of you might have heard that Bungie (edit- Microsoft!) shutdown Halo 2 online (xbox) on April 15. Apparently, they can't "officially" and "completely" shut down the servers until every player logs out. Knowing this, a few die-hard players have refused to log out (you can't log back in once you've logged off) and continue playing until there is a "last man standing" so to speak.

Interestingly enough just as many people have expressed interest in the fact that these people's xbox's have been crash free after running for nearly 5 days straight as those who are interested in the Halo 2 marathon.

It just might come down to whose systems decide to self-destruct first.

Microsoft is ridiculous. Why are they dropping support for the xbox games that the 360 can emulate? I think that these should at least be supported along with the 360 games.

Lol ya. Halo 2 was not that good though. The first halo was amazing, sure, but the rest just did not live up to it. It is also the best game ever in 3D. Try it out with the iz3d anaglyph drivers and superbowl glasses.

The Yellow/cyan glasses they gave away before the 2009 super bowl? they did some 3D commercials during halftime. Most people kept some of the glasses.
