With that half inch border...can't you go into the native monitor settings and just expand it that half inch?

im using a tv, not a monitor.

and i am also dual screening.

and i cant find that slider for the life of me..

It's labeled as 'overscan' under settings for your monitor, which should be labeled as 'dtv' or something similar.

Poke around in CCC advanced and you will find it.
