Have to unplug and replug network cable.

Every time I start my computer I have to unplug and replug in my network cable. I don't understand why, but like I said as soon as i plug it back in, im connected, but if I don't it says I have no internet access. Any help please?

Do you have xp? If so try WinSock Fix

It may or may not be a hardware issue. But I would give that a whirl.
