That's the dilemma I'm in Kage, I did test them and they showed no errors in Memtest86+. . .

I used RAM Probe. I believe its a newer version of Memtest86+

RAM Probe hasn't been upgraded since Jan 1, 2007. The latest version of Memtest86+ was released on Sept. 29, 2009.
