What are your favorite movie lines?

I just came back from Clash of the Titans and I have to say that "Release the Kraken" has just entered my list. Off the top of my head other lines that I enjoy are:

"To infinity and beyond" -Buzz Lightyear
"Bond. James Bond" - James Bond obviously
"Fo sho" -Superbad

Also, tons of stuff from Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

My favorite part in Monty Python is the holy hand grenade scene.
