Choosing the correct RAM

Hi
Planning to upgrade comp with more RAM.
Currently i have two DDR running at 200MHz and 166MHz respectively.
CPU is running at 2.60GHz.

My question is would i choose to go for a higher RAM like DDR2 or a lower RAM of 400MHz or get the stay speed as the current ones which is 200MHz??

Your motherboard supports up 3GB of DDR400 memory. It will not support DDR2. Look for something that matches the memory running at 200MHz for the best performance. Here are some from Newegg: 1GB DDR400 (PC3200)
