Downloading SD card

Hi Guys, I've just received a SD card that was came out of a Nikon camera, when I download the photos from the SD reader built into the laptop I get the photo thumbnail, and a adobe logo thumbnail why and also two folders,.... runinng Vista home edt.

There should be nothing wrong at all, check your file format, then if you dont find anything, use a file converter!!!
