A little query

Let's make sure we're on the same page here.

You are talking about the time from when you press the power button to when the rig is ready for tasks, correct?

No im talking about whenever I enter my password and the circle swirls around...
on sys A it logs into an account instantly
on sys B it logs into account 20-40 seconds

Ahh thats whenever everybody stops posting lol

So no one have any ideas?
Remember I don't have a cluttered computer, its very clear and not fragmented at all

Please Help!!!

My diagnosis remains - Your HDD is probably a slower model than the SeaGate.

Same. That, or fragmentation. Just because you don't have as much installed doesn't mean it's not fragmented to hell and back. But I'm not a fan of Samsung HDD's at all, Seagate makes excellent drives, but I tend to stick with WD, simply because they have very similar speeds, and WD just feels like it has slightly better build quality, and I've always used them without problems.

Thats OK thanks

What is the reccomended 1TB Hard Drive at 7200RPM, what do you reccomend
Post the model and Brand
thanks

Seagate 7200.12

I recommend single platter drives for speed though. This would be things like the 250GB 7200.10 (I have two in RAID0-awesome) or the 500GB 7200.12.

Both are ridiculously fast. They even beat the WD raptor X (10k RPM) in some benches.
