It may work, but I wouldn't recommend it. The 12V rail is very low at only 16A and they are not known as reliable units.

If you're looking for something low cost, this will do the trick: ePOWER EP-500 500W ATX12V Power Supply. ePOWER is an OEM manufacturer for many well known brands and builds solid performing units.
