Are you running that @ 3.7 with the stock heatsink? If so are you monitoring your temps to make sure you are not running that thing too hot because you could be doing some damage to that CPU. Also if I am not mistaken you were the one that had a post regarding using AMD overdrive to get the OC and you had it set to 3.8 but it boots at 3.7 right? If so you also may want to keep a temperature monitoring program running all the time because in some cases the overclocking software can change voltages sometimes in order to maintain stability even though they are not supposed to and even small increases in the voltages can lead to much higher temps with the Phenom II's. Just a heads up
