Grounding a painted case?

I think occasionally touching any inside part of the metal case chassis will discharge any ESD you may have picked up walking around. That's what I do and I haven't killed any components yet

EDIT: I just decided to fully read your post and saw that the whole thing is painted. You could scratch off a tiny bit on the inside chassis where you'll never see it and then ground by touching that.
 
You know what, I just read the case you have. I have the same. I would strongly recommending scratching the case a little, in a spot you won't see, and then grounding the front USB ports to it. Then do the same to your PSU. I've had problems where if I touch the USB ports on the front and shock them with static, my computer restarts. Incredibly annoying at times.
