Modding case for some more fans

I want to mod my case a little bit. I have an old Compaq Presario case that my PC is built in, mobo and PSU in the sig, and I was wondering what I had to do to be able to put another two fans on. Do I need an inverter or something because there's no more connections for extra fans on my board? Thanks for the help.

You just need fans that use a molex to connect straight to the power supply. Most, if not all fans come with a connector in the box so you can use them either way.

And to be completely honest, I will never ever run fans off of the board--only the RPM tachs. I never load up my board with fans, especially if they are high-flow. I always use molex.

Yeah, you never run fans with high amp ratings off the motherboard headers.
