I think I am gonna give it a try tomorrow. Hmmmm only webcam I have is the PS2 eye toy. hope that works.

What Tom said. The money you invest towards doing this, If any, Would also fix the problem with buying a mini fridge for yourself. At that point it's someone elses problem.

most of us have mini fridges, but sometimes there is spillover and we have to use the community fridge.

If we can't trust one another to not mess with other people's stuff, I don't see a point in the community fridge then
