well you sandwich fans between each rad, so I think that would be good. You would have to use some panaflos of course.

I'd probably try to rig an industrial centrifugal fan to it. They do much better with static pressure compared to axial fans, but they're loud as *$%#.

Well, I think at that point, it is time move on to peltiers or phase change.

LOL, well if you kept it in a sealed container, pressure buildup = heat = more pressure buildup.

If you had an opening to release pressure, well, it would be a way for heat to get in.

What you need is your own LN2 refinement machine, constantly running it over the CPU.

Nope. But it would fit in a large factory. The factory would be the PC case.
