tbh, a 5850 would be a huge upgrade for you. You should consider it. Then Xfire later on.

BTW, overclocked 5850 is only 5% less than overclocked 5870.

Vertically stacked 1200s!!! That would be the coolest mod ever.

and, i may really look into it. seriously. have a HTPC in the bottom 1200, and the gamer PC in the upper 1200. just cut the floor out between them and cut the top off the bottom 1200, an it might actually fit well.




Though, dosnt the rec PSU for a 5850 still 450W like there 48xx counter parts?

if i were to get that, dont you think my PSU would be ok with handling that inplace of my 4850?
