We were just talking what is faster, not what is better for your money, etc.

There is a huge difference.

i was talking what is faster to, hence why i said "i dont consider 4fps faster in one game, then another" making a card superior.

just saying if a card is to be better then another, it is to blow it out of the water for me to even consider it superior.

But what really is the NV equivalent of the 5870 seems to be he GTX 480.

^ Good point, but there are some games where a 295 beats a 5870 by more than 4fps. When it was a 4870x2, people considered a 295 to be a big upgrade, and a 4870 x2 is still faster than a 5870.

4x5870@1100/1600 on water + GTX 480 on water physx with a 980X @~4.6GHz w/ apogee GTZ block/ dual GTX 480 rad, 16 panaflos, MCP-655-b pump, one of those 7 x16 boards that EVGA made, some of the 2133MHz 7-10-8-28 DDR3 I saw, six OCZ vertex SSDs in RAID0 on a high end RAID card.

Should be able to get 30fps in ARMA II.
