Ok guys I was wondering,
Have any of you have an issue with workbooks in excel 07. Yesterday at work I was doing some imaging and a user came up to me and said they were having an issue with excel, so i walk over and took a look at it and she was getting the error while trying to save the spreadsheet that it has been locked and it can not perfom the command at this time.
Now I did a lot of research on this and I could not find a thing. I check to see who was connected to the share and there were multiple people so i kicked them and had the try to reopen the spreadsheet and they still got the same error nothing seemed to work. I could not unshare the workbook seeing as i got the same error as the did. So to reolve i had to save to my desktop and share the workbook out again.
I realize that these are very unstable and are not the best thing to use but we kind of have to use it any help to resolve this quick and painless would be great for next time.
