if I was gonna spend the same amount you're planning on spending I would get the CORSAIR CMPSU-650TX 650W ATX12V

a very popular psu for good reason, Corsair is one of the best psu distributors using the best OEM manufacturers out there for their psus...

Corsair may be the most trusted name in psus and they back their products with good warranties and customer service from what I've heard, though to tell the truth most people buy their Corsair psu and never even have to bother with warranties and customer service...

Also everyone says how awesome the velvet bag is that it comes in

actually it's not cheaper after MIR, the one I posted is by $10, , but the one you linked is 750w, definitely worth it if he can swing the extra $10...

Thanks for the Help Guys! But.... My three Picks are all Modular cable Design.
I think the Modular, Corsair brand may be out of the same Price range.
