Need some advice

Looking for some advice, I have a system I built 5 years ago and at that time I added (2) 36 gig hard drives in Raid for a mirror backup. Well these drives only have about 4 gig left before they are full and I would like to know if there is a way to copy my C drive to a larger drive and swap them out?

I would like to add a 500 gig drive to carry me through the next 2 to 3 years.

is there a way to do this without copying all my software back in like a new install? Does anyone know of a service or software that could do this?

I am running XP Pro

Thanks
Steve

I use a program called Macrium Reflect to make images of my hard drives. Just make the Image of C: with reflect. Then install the new drive and load image up on new drive using the boot Cd made in Reflect. I've used this many times for imaging 320 Gb drives and placing the images on larger drives. Great for a hard disk upgrades which can easily be performed by increasing the partition to fill the new disk.

Check it out

Was the free edition enough to do this or did you have to purchase the full version?

Thanks
