Hi, I have had this problem before and seemed to have fixed it by removing the account details from the account window and re entering them however this time that wont solve it.
I have searched around on the web and still cannot find a solution.
Most of the time that the program connects to the mail server I am prompted to renter credentials regardless if I click save passwords or not.
Any help would be helpful, thanks in advanced for a reply.
