External HD question

i had an external HD to keep stuff off my laptop, (only 67gb HD lol) but since i modded my wii, i had to partition it to WBFS format and a primary partition.

my question is that if i format the other half of my external to NTFS or FAT as a seconday partition will my computer read it?

I have not seen this done before but I would not see any issues with it. I would suggest putting it into FAT but that is just what format I have all my devices and drives in. Good Luck!
