HD 5830 is out

If they do release the 6000 series in a few months where does that leave nvidia who doesn't even have a dx11 card out yet that I know of.

I seriously doubt we are going to see the 6000 series until next year. Of course we are going to read about rumors that ati/ati fanboys cooked up after nvidia just announced the release date for the fermi to retain some attention.

I read on one of the tech websites I read that it would be coming out sometime in Q3 2010.

On a lot of random forums, people are saying 3-4 months.

It won't be a total redeisgn though, they are going to be very similar to the 5xxx cards.

Nothing really, I guess it just feels like the 5xxx series just got here.

The HD 5830 is expensive. The HD 5850 is an extra £11 over at Scan.

Surely the HD 5850 is the one to go for?
