i dont have a max temp yet, just installed W7 Pro over my W7RC, so i have to get P95 again..

E3110-sensors stuck at 37c
Q9550-sensors stuck at 30-40 depending on cores. Bios reports
21c.

You could just insulate your hard drive with foam. Personally I wouldn't wan my hard drives to be running in those kinds of temperatures.

No. I mean benchtest the rig and shove slices of dry ice between the cooler's fins.
