Get a 4650 or 4670 (GDDR3) if you plan to do any gaming. Way better card.

A 450-500w PSU will be plenty here.

The 4670 will be at the least 60% faster, almost doubling the performance of the 4650 in many games.

You still need a heatsink though.

Considering that, you might want to go athlon II 620. It will be a bit faster.
