Will my motherboard be able to handle a Quad-Core?

First, I would like to thank you all for your advices and time.

So basically lets get this straight.

Case: NZXT M59-001BK M59 Gaming Mid Tower Case
Motherboard: ECS GF8200A Motherboard v1.0
CPU: AMD Phenom X4 9650 Quad Core
Video Card: MSI R4550-MD1GH Radeon HD 4550 1GB 64-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX
RAMS: 2 x 1 GB Samsung (Previous Computer) With the NEW G.SKILL 2 x 1 GB
PSU : Still Deciding

And the rest I can insert using my previous laptop like I/O, DVD Drive, Sound Card, Tv Turner, Interal HDD?
