good walkthru

Its actually too early to tell the difference between the two. Very few developers are using DX11 to its full potential, with many games looking the same. The heaven benchmark is a good indicator of where it's going, but it leaves out more common objects used in video games, such as forests, moving water, etc.
 
Meh. Most people don't really care what something looks like in wireframe...

"Look at how many more triangles and wires and whatever you want to call them" Pfft.

But sure, the DX11 example did look better than the DX10 example.

As one person on that video commented:

i bet you can do this on dx10 they just dont want to do it
- I think that's true, to a certain degree.
