Which budget motherboard?

ive narrowed my choices down to one of these two, please dont suggest others or you'll fry my brain

im trying to keep price down so my parents dont moan about spending too much, these are what im choosing from.

with the second one, i actually loose DDR3 support. other than that and the VGA, i think they're roughly the same.

I'd go with the MSI. They typically OC better than ASUS too.

What GPU are you talking? You really should get a better chipset for a high end card.

not sure exactly what GPU ill end up with, but im pretty sure it will be something along the lines of the 5770 another with 1GB VRAM.

I'd go with the MSI, of the two. It's AM3, rather than AM2+. It'll allow for later upgrades.

It's odd that the Asus is listed as AM3, when it clearly isn't.

MSI GF615M-P33

MSI has a good budget mobo AM3 capable, DDR3 memory, Easy OC switch.
Only drawbacks are limited pci (micro ATX) and ram slots (up to 4gb ram only). but cant complain since its a budget mobo

You might wanna look out for a better chipset though. Any 790 series would be a lot better than the geforce 6150.
