Which is the best

I am looking at buying a new desktop. I do know a good bit about desktops but unfortunately am lost with graphic cards so if anyone could tell me which of the below is the best.

GeForce G210 512MB
GeForce 9800GT

9800GT, as that card is a high end card. The G210 is a low-end card.
